Epic Cupcake Time FULL MOVIE plz Account/Avatar

I was wondering whether it was possible to put a whole movie clip, like Epic Cupcake Time, into a format that is suitable to be used as deviantArt plz account. The file size limit of 15kb was tough, but here is the proof that it is possible.
You can use them in your own messages by removing the spaces from the codes below the images

Above you see the high quality version which has to be split up into four plz Accounts:

Because the big version can have issues with syncing the four images (depending on the speed of the internet connection and the browser/computer), there is also a single account version without this issue (but with lower quality and only half the fps):
